So why does it work?

Remember guys weight lost doesn't mean anything to a success of a diet. He lost weight because of his energy expenditure and not necessarily because of the carnivore diet. The human being, to the detriment of the agricultural revolution, that happened 11,700 years ago, is used to eat meat and vegetables in its diet, our teeth and digestive system was not developed to a just meat diet. If you want to eat healthy and grow healthy, consult a nutritionist.
