  1. Yeah I am not a fan of overnight oats already on day 1, never mind day 2-5, so I just make my oats daily. I have also heard you should not eat salmon that many days in a row. IDK. Yes, I would freeze 2 days of the food that can be. I freeze all the individual components that can be, then put it all in a bowl to thaw or cook later.

  2. хранить еду неделю нельзя, ей будет плохо уже после 5-го дня, лучше всего готовить на 3 дня, чтобы сохранилось качество и вкус. без риска отравления

  3. I'm curious, do you have anyone living with you? I can meal prep for me, no problem. But when I add kid and hubby to the mix, especially a kid with ARFID, my meal planning goes out the window. If I can focus on two or three days at a time, I'm golden.

  4. I am really paranoid about the mold and bacteries in the food I make. I ussually cant eat something I cooked the second day, cause I am scared of intoxication. Like I know I cooked it properly and I put it in the fridge on time etc. But there is something in me that wont let me eat it. I ussually get nausea just by thinking about eating something i cooked yesterday. Its not same for bread I make or other pastry and thing like rice/spagetti or othee side dish. But I hate the taste of vegetable, and the idea that I didnt finish the whole yogurt or that I shoul eat cooked fish or tofu the next day, just haunts me🙈
