I was thinking ohk let's buy it would be protein shake or maybe supplements. But they are selling shakes and other products, and they told me just drink one glass of shakes instead of lunch or dinner😂, but if I drinks milk or any other juice in lunch or dinner I will already lose my weight without buying that product, and how much days we can take shakes, we cannot take whole life right, if we stop drinking shakes we will gain weight by eating regular meal. Diet plan must be food which is modified by calories and nutritions all that, not to cut the whole meal from diet plan.
