If you have a hard time keeping up with my super intense “10min Ab Workout” and “10min Sixpack Workout”… THIS ONE IS FOR YOU 🙂

Everybody starts somewhere and my other workouts require suuuper strong core muscles. That’s why I really wanted to create an ab workout, that is suitable for beginners – while still being super effective.

And listen.. it even includes BREAKS! 😀
(If you feel like it’s too easy with the breaks though: just continue the last exercise during the break & jump into the new movement one once I start with it as well)

My mom tried this workout and said, that it’s 100% manageable for her .. although she usually isn’t so much into working out. That means: no excuses for you. GIVE IT A TRY ♥︎

No Equipment necessary and not much space needed 🙂 The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. There is a small break included and you can have a look at what exercise is up next.

I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.

  2. Hi… started this workout today…..
    Day 1- 15 min cardio+ this workout+ 5 minutes of warmup ( had a heavy meal today🥹) completed it; definitely felt better weight-66.5
    Day2- 10 min cardio+ this workout+ 15 min Zumba + 10 min stretch ( again heavy meal today) weight-66.4
    Day 3- no cardio no workout + 15 min Zumba + 15 min yoga + 10k steps(+heavy meal):-wt – 65.5 kg
    Day 4-

  3. I have done this for two months almost every day and believe me when I say this works, combined with healthy food (not a diet) and not tracking calories, I had the best abs ever and was in my best form

    My progress with current weight:
    Day 1 (Sep 7 – 55 KG ): needed a 30 second break before those ab holds..

    Day 2 (Sep 8 – 55 KG): Had a migraine the entire day but washed my face and showed up for Day 2. Had more frequent pauses for today

    Day 3 (Sep 9 – 55 KG) – I CAN HOLD THE AB HOLD.

    Day 4 (Sep 10 – 55 KG) – did this before going to work but i didnt eat anything the night before so i felt very weak

    Day 5 (Sep 11 – 55 KG) – Didn't do, i walked 15k steps instead :))) i was out all day

    Day 6 (Sep 12 – 54 KG) – weighed-in and i already lost a kg! ❤

    Day 7 (Sep 13 – 54.5 KG) – Still bit harder but i rely more now on strength rather than momentum 😁

    Day 8 (Sep 14 – 54 KG) – Starting a 1200 calorie deficit. Did this 30 mins after a meal to still have that energy. No more pausing the video 🙂

    Day 9 (Sep 15 – 54 kg) – Stronger than ever

    Day 15 (Sep 22 – 53 KG) – My last entry!!
    I Became consistent with workout and i got toned!! No abs because it's its only been 15 days but definitely a flatter stomach! Even people around me said i looked thinner!

    START WEIGHT: 55 KG
    END WEIGHT: 53 KG

    I love your workouts and do them regularly! I recently got a vibration plate and thought it would be amazing if you created a special workout for it 🙏✨. Many people have one at home now, and I think your community would be super excited about it. Maybe an idea for the future?
