  1. Hi, I am really having trouble understanding how this all works. I like to know how to get a list of all carbs, protein, fats, vit, min, etc. I like to understand how you get the… Example…. Nutrition Summary: This makes a total of 2 servings of Easy Mediterranean Cod and Asparagus. Each serving comes out to be 458 calories, 29g fats, 5.6g net carbs, and 42.1g protein. I have a big problen with my Throyids, pills are useless, I am tied all day, I just want to change my eating habit to make myself more healthy, I am sick of being sick all the time. I was so active but not anymore, can you please point me in the right direction so to get me on the way of improving my health. Thank you so much. Kathy from Australia.

  2. Looks great. Looking forward to trying some of these great recipes. I'm too scared to keep seafood like salmon and shrimp in the fridge for more than 2 days. I"ll have to adjust for that.

  4. I’d like to advise to go easy on or eliminate onions. I logged my red onions the other day in a meal which usually I skip bc I didn’t think they had much of anything, and I was very wrong. They’re high in carbs and can really blindside you

  5. Your recipes have convinced me to start Keto. But none of them include how many servings these make. I’m calculating maybe 6? Could you let me know please, so I don’t eat it all in one sitting😂!
