  1. Kait – just to clear up any confusion for first-timers – there is no such thing as cognac noodles. However, there actually are Konjac noodles, rice, etc. Otherwise known as shiritaki noodles, made from the konjac yam. Konjac is pronounced Con-jack. I'm thinking that's what you meant? You can buy the Konjac pasta by the name "Skinny Noodle" Or "Miracle Noodle". Most grocery stores carry them now in their pasta dept. They work great on some dishes but no so great in others because the texture is just firmer/crispier than real pasta. But Keto people should definitely try them! Just be sure to rinse them well before adding to your soup or casserole, etc.

  3. I'm on my third day of keto and I'm dead tired, I'm guessing this is because my metabolism isn't yet completely adjusted. The cravings for bread and cereal are killing me but I shall not fail.

  6. People want to lose the body fat that took years to pun on their bodies in 30 days. They are desperate and always fail. The best approach to Keto is to make it a lifestyle and stick with it for at least one year. By then you will see tremendous results IF you do it right without going on cheating binges. From the one who knows!!!!

    2. Tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, banana)
    3. Oat milk — use heavy cream instead / unsweetened coconut, nut milk (macademia but check added oils)
    4. Honey — use stevia instead
    5. Fruit juice — better eat the fruit
    6. Dried fruit
    7. Margarine
    8. Flavored yoghurt — because of the added sugar
    9. Rice — eat cauliflower rice / cognac instead
    10. Oatmeal
    11. Pasta — better opt for zucchini / cognac
    12. Lowfat products
    13. Fruit smoothies
    14. Cereal

Australian living in Spain, for 10 weeks only l have been very strict with KETO, intermittent fasting around 14 to 15 hours 6 times per week, gym and run regularly, age almost 61, was 74,7 kg and now 66,0 kg. Remarkable. The only thing l wconsuming in your 15 baddies was a smoothie. Yet with almond milk 0% sugars added with a protien powder strawberry you buy from those muscle shops that contains practically 1gm of carbs plus 4 to 5 strawberries. This is generally after a workout to replenish protein. KETO method, the truth is terrific for what l have encountered, but is not sociable for certain celebrations and lots of sacrifices that truely become warranted when the results are impressive when standing on the scale or looking in the mirror. Great video, knowledge is king.

  9. Just started keto diet and I’m not sure it’s going to work. I’m a huge carbohydrates and sugar person. I’m trying to intermittent fasting with Keto diet and today was my second day and I have a headache and still feeling hungry. 😢

  10. Im new to keto. I want to try it. So im putting together a game plan / strategy while learning as much as possible. The hardest part to get started seems to be knowing where to start. every food that was listed, I eat daily LOL.

  11. I lost 88lbs with a keto diet, my normal daily routine is one high fat, high protien meal with a nice avocado/almond milkshake if im feeling naughty! It works and im on the verge of carnivore diet but I like brokkoli and avocados most. I rarely feel hungry, but if I do I eat my meal. So I fast around 23 hours every day.
