  1. You shouldn’t peel the lemon. The essential oils are very important and a cellular regenerator and a boost for the lymphatic immune system, keep the peel on your lemon.

I don’t use a juicer, but I can say without a doubt, that eating 2-3 stalks of celery per day has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with my weight loss journey (&huge perk, my skin looks better than it EVER has). I even chop it up and add to chobani zero, organic peanut butter powder, chopped apple, dried reduced sugar cranberries or blueberries .. & occasionally maybe a sprinkle of oatmeal). Have also incorporated intermittent fasting. Nothing I can’t handle though (like no food after 9 pm till maybe 1ish or longer the next day.. depends on you). Great info on that though Dr. Mindy Pelz here on YouTube. Also learned through her, how to care for the gut, and wealth of knowledge on what different foods do and many hacks to enjoy eating , which I love to do 🙃 When I fall off the wagon, I know how to climb back on and keep going❤ If you can handle fermented foods (especially organic sauerkraut), I am telling you, it works. Also, avocado. Make it a staple, seriously. I break my fast with a half avocado and a boiled egg on a zero tortilla ❤ So many ways to enjoy eating and lose weight. I went from 207 down to about 180 (yes, I got a boost from my doctor with phentermine up to the 180 mark due to health issues) but continued losing weight (without phentermine) with everything I mentioned, plus added high protein low carb. Got down to 158, fell off the wagon at holidays but on the rebound from 174 back down to 170 within a little over a week. Understanding what food (good and bad) does for you can make all the difference.
