    was a hard day, I did some warm up before cardio. but I liked this video, one of the best I've seen
    2 day.✨
    today I did morning stretching and Pilates exercises for the whole body, and I also realized that it is difficult for me to adjust my diet, I often overeat from stress.
    3 day.✨
    today I did cardio again, it was easier than last time, I also started consuming 1500-1600 calories (this is my small calorie deficit) I do not exclude my favorite foods and sweets, just started eating less and drinking more water.

    I also do facial exercises to lose weight.
    4 day.✨ I did Pilates again today
