  4. starting this as a 23 year old who’s been really sedentary after suffering from a car accident and broke 6 vertebrae, and almost lost all movement on my limbs 2 years ago in 14/10/2023. also had a very bad past dealing with a severe eating disorder. doing this not only to lose weight, but to be kinder to my body, after all the pain and suffering. wish me luck!🍀

  5. I haven't been happy with how little body movement I've been doing lately so I decided to find an at home workout video and stumbled across yours! I'm super happy I found on that isn't telling me how 'I can have a snatched waist in 2 days' or any of that crap. I also appreciate how you're telling me to go my own pace and stuff. I'll try to do this every day and maybe it will stop me from scrolling so much too 🙂
