  1. Actually it depends on the blood type, for o+ if u eat popcorn any type of way, u will still gain weight, if u don’t know ur blood type figure out and see what. U can eat to lose weight and what not to eat

  2. Why nobody ever mentions in Apple which is less than 100 calories has fiber which helps with your daily fiber intake and actually is pretty filling . If you craving a snack at night that with some tea gone make you full and a goodnight sleep and stop the bad night cravings

  3. Popcorn it very high in calories, and it has never filled me up. How many strawberries are 150kcal? I also find that grapes are the absolute highest in calories fruit-wise. I am not saying this to be rude, I am saying it so that you can inform people correctly.

  4. Guys if you just want to fill your sweet cravings i so so recommend frozen or just blueberries since they’re only 41 kcals per 100g, so even if you eat them a lot they’re very low in kcals and even eating them with greek yoghurt with some honey is extremely delicious. (For me at least)

  5. I’m not sure how true popcorn is, even with no toppings. I actually had to stop eating it (it’s my favorite comfort food) because I saw on the package it said like 800 calories a bag

  6. A- popcorn doesn’t fill you up?
    B- 1 cup of strawberries is about 49 calories
    C- 1 cup of grapes is about 110 calories

    Do your research before you give people false information

  7. Here are some more snacks

    1. Wash your favorite fruit I like grapes freeze the fruit then grad it with a cheese grater then add your favorite toppings like honey, cinnamon,lemon zest and juice and more
    2. Eat and drink organic stuff
    3 eat meat with your dinner
