Pickles and watermelon are better pickles are just cucumber, which are water and 5 cal each. Watermelon is mostly water so I will fill you up and have almost no calories.
Why nobody ever mentions in Apple which is less than 100 calories has fiber which helps with your daily fiber intake and actually is pretty filling . If you craving a snack at night that with some tea gone make you full and a goodnight sleep and stop the bad night cravings

Guys if you just want to fill your sweet cravings i so so recommend frozen or just blueberries since they’re only 41 kcals per 100g, so even if you eat them a lot they’re very low in kcals and even eating them with greek yoghurt with some honey is extremely delicious. (For me at least)
