  1. Actually heat therapy can be much more benefitial for women than cold therapy as it can put too much stress on our body. I would rather opt for sauna for women but ofc if you like cold showers do it but it might not be as benefitial as you think for you 🙂

  2. I found that adding more meat to my plate (especially fatty red meat) has made an enormous difference. Too many vegetables causes me gi issues and more fruits causes blood sugar spikes. Some of us thrive on keto or carnivore

  4. I have been finishing my showers with cold water for the last 3-5 minutes since November 2024 after reading the book by Wim Hoff and following Jojo Snow. I actually now crave the cold water feeling and my whole family is cold plunging. We just bought our first tank!

  5. I HATE cold showers, so during Covid and even afterwards, I usedto bathe in only hot water. Hot enough for my skin to turn red and realease vapours whenever I would step out to the room. Now that I'm 17, I have KP(Keratin buildup) on my arms, one of the factors include hot, prolonged showers. So now I can't bath with hot water, still, I get sick too fast if I bath with cold water. So what I do is, I bath with normal water, like not cold, not hot and then for the last two minutes, I stand under cold water. I still hate it but it's significantly reduced the bumps and redness. Hope it helped!
