  1. Firefighter in training here- If you are ever in the boston area, id love to get together for a lift or a run. I Incorporate a lot of kettlebell into my workouts recently and im in a bulking phase so my nutritional plan probably looks a lot different but id love to just hear your take on my training regiment and strategy if you ever have the time!

  2. You’ll absolutely hate this but I’m just cutting the bs and being real.

    You’ll be healthier and happier if you just stop focusing so much on external validation. The clothes you’ve chosen for the gym, there’s no way you think you chose them ‘for yourself’..

    We all get an ego boost from thinking we look good from others perspective. But you, as is normal for women your age, have gone too far. You don’t even realise it, or refuse to acknowledge it, but trust me. Just buy clothes to work out in, not a fashion show.

    If you’re purposely buying the leggings with stitching up the arse crack, they’re literally proven to be counter intuitive to your workout.. purely only for the male gaze. And because I know you’ll just bring up men, yes, It’s like men who wear compression shirts and hair gel to the gym.

    My fiancée is the same as you, a gym girl and model, I’ve been lifting since I was 14, sure as a 16 year old we all wanted to show off, but trust me. You’ll just be way happier if you enjoy what you’re doing rather than constantly seeking external validation.

    If ‘it’s not that deep’ it’s just cuz you’ve only ever had surface level thoughts.
