  1. Though this video is for weight gain, I’m watching it for weight loss to understand my mistakes. Started portion control, but no results yet. Main takeaway: no more roti + rice together.

  2. Now a days, other community: naturopathy is opposing wheat n milk.. which may be causing auto immune disease as per them which actually causing weight loss, loose muscles or disease conditions as even after taking wheat milk on daily basis from years we are not gaining weight
