  1. You are so right about all of our bodies being different. I've been sick with some weird rare autoimmune/fungus thing for over a decade and I've tried many extreme diet to try and heal myself. I've found many of the You-Tubers who promote various extreme diets to be extremely dogmatic -to the point of advocating a one size fits all and lambasting anyone who has different food experiences.

  2. I looked you up alongside the rest of the cast of Troll 2, just to see where everyone was CURRENTLY? cause to be perfectly honest, I just figured most of them, including yourself would have been hiding in the darkest corners of the earth to get away from it all, but I am pleasantly surprised to see just what a great life, SCRATCH THAT, what a BETTER life you're living than most!
I showed up for one reason, subscribed for everything else! You're AWESOME!

  3. Connie, I’ve been watching for a while and feel very inspired by you. Not sure of your age, but I’m 58 and feel somewhat close in interests to you. I love travel, do more running than yoga but still enjoy it, am working towards more plant based eating and sustainable lifestyle in both home and clothing. Love your style! I’m also not coloring my hair, keep it short and wear silver jewelry (always have), so you inspire me. I just wanted to tell you that the shade of orange shirt and your hair and makeup in this video all made you “glow.” So it was perfect for illustrating how eating simple, unprocessed and living healthy can reflect in your appearance.

  4. I always enjoy your calm podcasts. You look great… I don’t eat meat but do eat fish and never milk. Your choc pud looked great…can you tell us what was in it please? Thank you, Fin from chilly Uk!

  5. I make the same dressing! – I turned to this because I know seed oil is very processed and causes inflammation and is in almost all salad dressings at the grocery store. My husband "the condiment king" loves my dressing!! So happy!

  6. I eat only things fresh from my garden. That includes not just vegetables, but bugs, worms and spiders. I had a tossed green salad the other day with diced earthworms. Delicious! And I feel Great.

  7. Hey Connie I just started watching your videos and subscribed , I’m 63 and just let my hair go gray cause of loosing a lot of hair with coloring it I’m also trying to cut out as much meat as possible I try to eat a few vegan meals a week but my weakness is sugar so really inspired me to try to eat better you have such a calming way of speaking that it just makes me want to watch all your videos thank you so much for sharing all this great info .

  8. I've given up cereal for steel cut oatmeal with fruit and nuts every morning. I like the avacado with egg, I'm going to try that for sure. I also quit alcohol and we cook mostly at home now. It all makes a difference, 66 and feeling great.

  9. One of these days they're going to tell us that a plant based diet is not healthy. My life-long vegetarian friend died of cancer and another vegetarian friend got ovarian cancer recently. Leaving out entire food groups is not healthy.

  10. I am in my '50s and was recently diagnosed wih rheumatoid arhritis. I have always eaten whatever I wanted and now realize that I want to cut out many foods, especially sugar. I am trying to eat more fresh fruits, veggies and fish. It is hard but I think it will help me feel much better. Thank you for posting this video.

  11. I really like watching your blogs actually I have a book abt Minimalism that I’ve been reading and found myself to change my life style physically mentally and emotionally, 2023 il try to change my food what I eat , thanks for sharing I really admire and appreciate it .. God Bless 🙏❤️🌹
