The worst part of weight gain in maintaining the same as even a slight shift in food or gym routine or if you fall sick or something or get stressed out for work or anything the weight which u have gained starts to decrease it keep fluctuating altogether, its difficulty to maintain the weight which is a challenging task and I who are on weight gain journey find it difficult to gain or maintain it as it's not our easy to do afterall.

    My sister is little bit stubborn

    She has great potential but she diffuses that energy quarelling with mother (my mother always teaching good things to her but she never understand)

    My sister also little bit frustrated because of not clearing neet 3 times

    As a brother also I can't able to guide her

    How to divert them in creating skills which enhances their cognitive ability

    Why because her behaviour is from childhood onwards same
    If we can't influence now it will create problem for her marriage life
