  1. Just want to point something out. Keto and low carb are two very different things. Low carb eliminates bread products and some high carb foods but is less restrictive than counting net carbs. Keto is researching each food item and staying under a specific amount of net carbs per day. One of the recipes called for tomatoes which contain a lot of carbs. If you are interested in putting your body into ketosis, you need to count your net carbs, otherwise you will not receive the same results as someone who follows the keto diet accurately.

  2. It's the same food over and over. After a few years of it, you get tired of it. Avocadoes. Then there's always cheese and dairy, which I'm allergic to. I'm also allergic to eggs. But these meals are the same stuff over and over.
