  1. Game changing eye-opening video for me. I am in what believe to be good health, thin and active but really not eating well. I am going to implement some of your suggestions and hopefully make better shopping decisions moving forward. Thanks for sharing!

  2. If you Google Coconut Oil.
"No, coconut oil is not considered a healthy oil
because it is extremely high in saturated fat, which can raise LDL (bad) cholesterol and increase the risk of heart disease, according to the American Heart Association and Harvard Health. While it may have some benefits for skin and hair and can increase HDL (good) cholesterol, the overall scientific consensus is to limit saturated fat intake and opt for liquid plant oils rich in unsaturated fats, such as olive or canola oil, for heart health. "

  3. You chose the worst "Nature's Wheat" bread to use as example of that company's bread…..
Their "100% Whole Wheat" more fiber, and it's not made from enriched flour. It met your criteria. This review isn't fair. The Honey loaf is a lesser bread.

  4. I was raised on a farm. My father was a cattleman in Cuba. He taught me that medium-sized eggs are better than large or extra-large. The reason for this is that medium-sized eggs are produced by younger chickens, while large eggs are produced by older chickens. Meat should be pink, not red.

  5. 🌱 "The explanations here are gold — so easy to follow! Do you think eating these 9 foods consistently is enough, or do we still need supplements for balance Hope you find peace in every little moment 🌸 If this feels warm to you, please like 💕

  6. I’ve been reflecting a lot on how my eating habits affect not just my weight, but my long-term health and energy. What stood out to me in this video is how clear and practical the guidance is — it’s not about chasing the latest fad, but about real food, eaten with intention. Simple swaps like choosing pasture-raised eggs, whole grains without additives, and cutting out seed oils might seem small, but over time they truly change how you feel.

I’ve made gradual changes myself — reading labels carefully, cooking more at home, and being mindful of ingredients — and the difference is remarkable. This video is a reminder that healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated, but it does require consistency. Thank you for making nutrition easier to understand and for helping so many of us move toward a healthier lifestyle in 2025 and beyond.

  7. I am so over people telling me what to eat BUT this is what I've been eaten! I was Keto for two years and lost 100 lbs BUT that stopped working. Now I am a "Butter; Bacon; Eggs & Beef" devotee! I eat half a stick of "Grass-fed" butter every day and my LDL has been under 100 for three years. I lose 1-2 lbs every month. The lie that Butter is bad was a marketing lie to sell seed oil, I refuse to call them vegetable oil because they are not vegetables! Learn more about what you are eating! I will not eat grain; oats or Flour products due to my blood sugar, one cookie can raise my Blood-Sugar over 200! I have not eaten bread in years and don't miss it! Stevia is the only sweetener that we use in my family! Canned food has way too much salt & added preservatives, no way I will eat that! If it has more than one ingredient than it is not FOOD!
