What about home made yogurt made with 1/2 & 1/2, little stevia or honey?
Can you do this challenge without a gall bladder?

I think you are wrong. Bacon? Really? It’s no wonder Americans don’t know what to eat. Nothing but conflicting information from “experts”. The answer is eat a balanced diet of whole foods and ignore this lady.

I make my own greek yogurt with whole milk. It's so much better than store bought. The only problem is I put honey and blueberries on it.
I steamed broccoli and other vegetables (NO butter, salt, or other seasonings), and I eat them with some kind of meat or seafood that has been well seasoned!
Clearly the Human Ape eats to much ,99 percent for pleasure.
I feel like this should say “For DIABETICS” instead of “Metabolism” for the title..
Best thing to do is "don't eat ANYTHING" – food is highly toxic and bad for you – it's high in calories, fructose, glucose, wheat, whey, sugar, fat & carbs – so if you want to "lose 50lbs in 45 minutes" Avoid All Food !!! You won't live long, but your pallbearers will really appreciate the much lighter coffin … and you'll be much happier than watching 200 YouTube "doctors" every day …

Яйца один из лучших продуктов. Если в варите яйцо сохранняя жидкий желкто, вы получаете омега 3 жирные кислоты!!! Яйца содержат немного витамина Д, а усвоение веществ из яйца человеком почти 100% Это очень круто
Если мы говорим о мясе, или о мясе с жиром… мы должны учитывать что это должна быть говядина, телятина, баранина, ягнятина НАТУРАЛЬНОГО ОТКОРМА, Это должна быть чистая трава, чисто сено. А не какая-то грязь. Свинину лучше не есть, это другое мясо, Свинина есть всё подряд, в коровы и овцы имеют рацион 95% траву. и лишь 5% это злаки крупы соль. Не всё мясо хорошее. Мясо которое я описал это гемовое железо, это цинк, это витамин Б12, это хорошие аминокислоты. Если мы говорим о рыбе… Рыба должна быть дикая!!! океаническая или морская! Так как красная жирна рыба которая выращена в пруду может иметь вредные вещества!!! чем рыба меньше тем лучше – она не успевает накопить тяжелые металлы, если это скумбрия например, а не тунец , в тунце много тяжелых металлов и пластика.

I cook broccoli in water for at least 5 minutes and let it soak in the hot water for at least 20 minutes. That takes out much of the oxalates
I think the overall theme here is overeating! Not only in quantity but over indulging the Good Food to compensate for the loss of the way of eating we did before.
