the egg + Joseph's lavash combo is underrated for hitting protein without blowing calories. what i've found works even better is adding a tablespoon of cottage cheese inside before rolling, bumps it up another 12g or so and you barely notice it texture-wise. been trying to stack high protein snacks like this because i'm on a GLP-1 through formblends and even though appetite is way down, getting enough protein daily still takes actual effort.
I think you should try Chia Nut it's a great product contains high protein too
Stop eating small meals, eat 2 main meals packed with high protein and low calories. Your body needs rest between meals, stop overworking it with all these small meals. 6 hours between meals is good and fast after the last meal until first meal next day. Eating hour should be 12-6, noon is your first meal and 6PM is your last, then fast until 12 noon next day, repeat. Adjust your calories deficit from these plan but keep protein consistent based on your body weight 1g/1lb You will lose not just weight but mainly fat.
I have a friend who lost 80 lbs just by stoping eating after 7pm ….he said thats not wath you eat who make you fat but how mutch you eat he didnt cut his portions he just stop eating 5 Time a day he's a big strong man now but he's not fat like he used to be

My go to for bkfst is
2 eggs
2 egg whites
2 slices 97% deli ham chopped up
1 oz sharp cheddar cheese
Frozen peppers and onions
Saute the ham and peppers until they're brownish. Whisk eggs and egg whites together and add to ham and peppers. Add cheese and cook until nice and scrambled.

I got no problem with having healthy snacks or meals,I eat pretty good, unfortunately it's all the junk I have after 😢
