    Drink water
    Exercise 30 minutes maximum
    Enough sleep
    Cut sugary foods
    No stress
    Eat protiens
    Dont eat rice at night

For the people who needs weight loss, just follow i say, first you have to know ur burning claory, u can get from google bmi calculator, then after that take 300 to 400 calory minua from ur burning calory, then add protien 1.2 to 1.6 g per ur body weight, then 3 hour water, half hour excercise then half hour walksing, sleep 7 to 9 hours, just follow thia correctly, u will get far loss, all the best for everyone

  3. Hi Dr. From India 60 year old female lady. My weight.77kg in 5.11.25. Yes after 15 days i reduced 5 kg. Credit fully your.vedio. 1st intermitten fasting 6.30 am to 6.30 pm. With only 10,000 steps.whole.day no other exercise. Diet morning.fruits one cuo sundall. Lunch two vegetables plus cucumber salad,.rice karuppukavuni rice lot of buttermilk plus sweetpotato. Dinner half corn, sweetpotato plus sundal. ( DR. SHARMILLA) 5:55 My question how i will reduce 5 kg in another 15 days. Any change in my diet. Pl help . REALLY WONDERFUL WEIGHT LOSS VEDIO.
