  1. God bless, i care about u and everyone here, please carefully consider this message❤ Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” 1 Corinthians 15:1–4“Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you… that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.” Romans 5:8“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Titus 3:5“He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit.”

  2. I'd swap the whipped cream for greek yogurt. Light whipped cream is 20 calories for 2 Tbsp and nonfat greek yogurt is almost identical except with better macros and about the same price per gram. Not to mention it tastes better.

  3. Okay, now make a video that normal people who aren’t Michelin star chefs or something can cook at home themselves. Nobody cooks like this regularly unless they’re trained and/or paid chefs.

  4. I think the banana and pasta are throwing everyone off 😅

A typical western diet usually consists of at least 250 g carbs a day, if not more. Even if you eat a large banana (30 g carbs) and not much else in terms of carbs you will still be low-carb. Usually, carb intake of 100 g to 150 g is considered low carb. Personally I would not eat white wheat pasta, I'd swap for a low carb noodle like cauliflower noodle, zoodles or lentil pasta (which is still relatively high carb but it at least has protein and actual nutrients).

Also, please don't get hung up on numbers 🙂 if you still want some "good" unrefined carbs, that's fine. Not everyone needs to do keto (nor is it usually good to be in ketosis long term). Always check in with your doctor and dietician before going on a different diet.
