    (7.)Sone se pahle green tea pite h ya haldi wala pani jo mil jata h wo pi lete hai.
    (8.)Nabhi me mustard oil dalke 5min halka hath se malish krke aur milak ke chhod dete h.
    (9.) Aur sbse main chiz hm khane ke bad kuchh v ya pine ke bad 15min walk krte h phone chalate chalate.
    (10.)9bje tk so jate hai stress km lete h phone din bhar me Mila ke 2ghanta dekhti hu uske jagah book padhti hu koi v ya apne ghar ka kam krti hu ❤️ kyuki jade phone use krne se v hormone inbalance hota h aur weight gain hota h esliye 😊
