What I Eat in a Day: Carnivore Diet #carnivore #carnivorediet

5 1/2 years of 🥩🧂🧈 and I’m still thriving! 💪

I don’t really track macros I just make sure I get at least 140-150 grams of protein in a day. I leverage fasting for weight loss when needed.

  1. The only problem I have is you should cook your meat all the way through because you can get parasites from meat that is not cooked all the way through. I am an RN and have been for many years and I have seen this through and through. I also have a question.. is everyone getting their meat from like high quality stores or are they shopping at lake Walmarts and stuff like that? Food especially me is so expensive so I thought I would ask

  2. Dietitians and medical doctors are scratching their heads in confusion. Shouldn’t you be grazing all day on small, high-carb, low-calorie, low-fat meals to keep up your blood glucose? Y’know, so you have enough energy to “fuel your day!” 😂😂😂

  3. Fun fact, people in Japan don't do carnivore. They don't do keto. They don't do low carb. They don't do any stupid diets. They eat a variety of foods in portion size. Meat, eggs, seafood, fruits, vegetables, rice, noodles. They are all thin and have long lifespans. They are one of the healthiest people on earth. It's not what you eat, it's how much you eat. Restricting yourself completely from desserts, rice, pasta, pizza, bread, is just going to make yourself crave it even more down the road. Too much fat will make you constipated. And I speak from experience because I tried carnivore for 1 year. I was only shitting like once every 5 days and it wasn't a pleasant shit. It was a tar-like substance. That's obviously not normal. Just because someone makes a YouTube video and lost a lot of weight doesn't make them an expert.

  4. I lost almost 100 pounds just by eating meat, fruits and vegetables and healthy fats and then exercising moderately and now the weight has stayed off for over five years.

  5. I was on carnivore & I never got hungry but I couldn't shake the brain fog. I drink electrolytes & take additional magnesium. I really felt out of it to the point scaring myself something was going on
