  1. I actually tried this today and took his advice, definitely not Ben and Jerry’s but makes plain Greek yogurt taste better. The blueberries don’t seem to add any taste as well. Just wanted to post this to see if anyone was curious about what he said

  2. In Sweden, nobody buys flavored yogurt because "it's healthy." But we learn about nutrition in our home economics class. Then we have a whole state financed institution that conducts studies about the citizens' food consumption and issue recommendations every fifth year about what we should eat more and less of and how we can manage that. It works because none of this is news to any Swedish person.

  3. I never buy fat free or low fat….never buy artificial sweetner and never buy anything with ingredience I cant pronounce or understand what they are. Food should not be complicated!

  4. It is actually NOT very good for you. Beriies are fructose sugar. Joghurt has a good amount of sugar in it. The protein is cool the fat is cool but still pretty much unhealthy. Eat meat eat vegetables with it nothing else is healthy. (And even meat consumption can cause gout!)

  5. You’re showing a yogurt that absolutely has fruit and all natural ingredients. Not to say that there aren’t bad yogurts, but it’s certainly not the one you’ve illustrated here
