  1. Guys here’s a tip for weight gain. Go to the store and buy Debbie honey buns and make sure they say 360 calories per serving which is one bun. Then buy chocolate milk. Have 2 honey buns and 1 glass of chocolate milk 2 times a day which is about 1800-1900 calories. It’s pretty easy to eat too considering how many calories are in it. Also a really important thing is the times that you eat, you need to make sure you don’t eat this right before lunch or something cause then it won’t be 1900 extra calories it will be less cause u don’t have a proper lunch
