I agree that you can’t spot reduce but if you are to work abs and make them stronger more likely they will be more visible when you do lose weight . Still build muscle in the places you want to lose fat to help with appearance.
Thank you for this, focused on the one about not earning food. I work out 5 times per week and have been on a calorie deficit for who knows how long due to not seeing visible abs. Maybe adding food will change that as opposed to restricting more.
My coach told me everyone needs rest days, that’s when the magic happens. And he was so right! I worked out only 3 times a week and lost 5lbs the first week
