  1. I agree that you can’t spot reduce but if you are to work abs and make them stronger more likely they will be more visible when you do lose weight . Still build muscle in the places you want to lose fat to help with appearance.

  2. Thank you for this, focused on the one about not earning food. I work out 5 times per week and have been on a calorie deficit for who knows how long due to not seeing visible abs. Maybe adding food will change that as opposed to restricting more.
