  1. For the beginner 1st one to make it advanced in about 2 different moves it makes it a easy workout that makes ur core scream but doesn’t require any lower body training. Bring ur legs more towards you and go about half way to ur legs come back but don’t touch the ground and move about 1-7 cms everytime in about 2 reps ur core will scream if ur doing it ur first time I recommend it for beginners its how I begun and after about 1-4 months got good progression! And also why im saying this is for advanced u need to be expierenced already so adding extra steps to beginner is easier
