Bro do Mauritian cucumber here’s the recipe cucumber cut it in anyway and put chilli a lot and a lot of salt not too much I recommend pink salt and regular keep the water and there you go Mauritius spicy cucumber

That's way too much sodium in one serving. I would remove the salt step and put just half tablespoon of soy sauce that way you won't get heart attack from all the sodium in this recipe
