  1. I first watched this video years ago and it truly changed my life and the way I eat and see food, it’s become my blueprint for healthy eating and whenever I need reminding I come back and watch again ❤

  2. I’ve noticed after eating clean for around a month, fruit tastes now like candy (I know it might sound crazy but is true) I used to have to eat strawberries with cream or sugar or honey, anything sweet on top because they used to taste bitter to me, I was super used to eating sugar so no surprise, now they taste great with no sugar or anything, vegetables also taste different, many things taste way better and the flavors are more noticeable, I used to eat lots of ultra processed foods but now even with just a month is a world of difference, I feel fuller easier, less hungry during the day, no crazy pimples as I used to get from eating ultra processed foods or fried food, I had to quit gluten years ago because of coeliac but I would even recommend doing that to those who don’t have issues with gluten, the only carbs I been eating regularly are oats, vegetables and sweet potatoes, as well as fruit, I will occasionally use potatoes, no rice so far but I will also use it occasionally, something else that’s crazy is, I been weighting my food on a scale, as well as counting calories, and wow is so difficult to get to 2000 calories some days, vegetables are very low calorie but also they’re super filling, is crazy how many additives and stuff they add to food that are harmful and unnecessary, even here in Europe, something that has been difficult for me to find so far is meat that won’t contain e-120, or other things, I just want plain meat I guess I’ll have to find some butcher shop where they don’t add weird things to the meat, now learning recipes and making some myself to cook clean, another thing that happened to me was that I used to drink occasionally a vanilla flavored whey protein shake, and the first week I started clean eating I drank it and it tasted incredibly artificial when before it tasted fine, I’m so happy I started eating this way and I feel so much better ⭐️
