  2. Dear please do a video about push ups for beginner,,, I am trying incline push ups and I feel most of the pressure on middle part of my upper back,,, I don't know if I am doing wrong,,,, please make a video about it.

    And also how to maintain weight after gaining it… I gain almost 8 kg within 4 month but then I was not home due to study I I was out out of ny city,,, then I loose all the weight I gained with so much of effort… Please discuss about it🙏

  3. Please make one on muscel disparity for whole leg from psoas muscel to ankle , including glutes medius maximus , thigs and calf 🙏 , my left one is weak and thin than the other pls do a short on it … Much needed 😢

    Many people told me that if I work out daily and after sometime for some reason I am not able to do gym or any workout then my body or physique lose all the muscle gain,and the skin will go saggy,is it true??
