  1. Salt, pickled jalapeno, cilantro, garlic cloves, lime juice. Chop everything finely and mix into the blended cottage cheese. You've got yourself a great dip.

  2. Thanks! I was looking to see if there was even high protein sour cream! I’ll be buying both plain yogurt and cottage cheese anyway. I’ve never really eaten cottage cheese but willing to get all my protein in to lose belly fat.

  3. Take it out of the fridge, blend it, put it back in the fridge…. And then see this video in a year and remember that you never took it back out of the fridge because you had to leave home and go fight a war.
