  1. I have type 2 diabetes and one kidney. I also have adenocarcinoma prostate cancer. Is Keto safe for me? I've tried to stop sugar completely, but my sugar gets dangerously low. Help please?

  2. Fake discussion,, The 1939 UK cancer act prohibits the publication of any cancer cure making it illegal for the doc to cure with say.. essiac, since, 1934, protocols of Drs. H R Clark and Burzynski and herbs of Hoxey and Jason Winters, sunderlandia, Montana yew tips etc. Canadian Dr Clark carried out over 1/2million REPRODUCIBLE bio-resonance tests to identify the causes and pathways of all cancers.. in her 600 page book. in her 80s she was MURDERED Essiac? Canadian nurse Caisse in 1934 was given, by the Ojibway indians.. 4 substances.. root, bark etc as their cancer fixer.. this formula was given by JFK's Dr. Brusch to Ted Kennedy's son, who had already lost a leg to INCURABLE bone cancer. His leg was saved and in a month had no more cancer.

  3. Pls advise if a colon cancer recovering patient who has completed chemotherapy eight months ago can execute 16/8 intermittent fasting, vegan , no glucose and a keto diet at THE SAME TIME to starve cancer from returning?

  4. I am a cancer researcher. Dr. Thomas Seyfried gives a very biased opinion. It is not correct to say that all cancer cells have nonfunctional mitochondria. Even some resistant cancer stem cells are known to use OXPHOS pathway. Therapy proposed by him still not reached or approved in the clinic. Metabolism of cancer cells is unfortunately much more complex than what he describes as if they all follow one pathway or one direction.

  5. Dr. Seyfried Iam a bit confused. According to what you say are glucose and glutamine the fuels for cancer. I have by now read a dozen of scientific based researches and often I read that the amino acids, arginine and glycine also fueling cancer. By now I start to assume that every amino acid can be a fuel for cancer. Can you explain this please?

  6. I’m S4 CCRCC and on cabozantanib. VEGF inhibitors don’t work! I’m
am stableish but I think that’s more down to my carnivore diet and being in ketosis along with diy treatments.

  7. Why are people eating bitter apricot kernels that contain B17. Which I’ve read is cyanide idk. 🤷🏻‍♀️. And the cyanide kills cancer cells. Does anyone have an answer please?

  8. Please tell me, my father is 75 years old and has a large chordoma in his lower back, which is protruding outward. He experiences pain and burning sensation only when he sits, otherwise not. His legs are always swollen. Recently, he has lost control over his brain and is experiencing tremors in his body, along with fever. I had a blood test done, which shows a CRP level of 120, elevated white blood cell count, and hemoglobin level of 9, indicating an infection in his body. Please advise what dietary changes I should make to help my father's health."

  10. I had testicular cancer at 55. I had surgery to remove my testicles at age 55 and had radiation therapy. After several months the cancer spread. I didn't even know about intermittent fasting, calorie reduction, reduction of animal proteins. The oncologist informed me the only course of treatment going forward was chemotherapy. When I was on chemotherapy I could not eat properly so basically I was in ketosis bring not able to eat. I was in ketosis for three months. If my body didn't have the ability to live on stored fat I would have died after the first two weeks. The body being very efficient storing fat because it is a survival response to the environment of feast and famine. Besides chemotherapy for saving my life, the other reason was I was in ketosis for three months due to eating like we were in a famine resulting in ketosis. I was astounded when I was waiting for my chemotherapy session they actually went around asking if patients wanted cookies and sweet snacks which I did not partake in. After chemotherapy there was a trial for HIIT impact on cancer for two months. Going through chemotherapy knocked down my appetite, metabolism, energy level, had brain fog, depression. The HIIT was even tougher than chemotherapy. It was like going through boot camp right after chemotherapy ended. The researchers pushed previous testicular cancer patients to the edge. After everything session I felt so bad I wanted to vomit. I believe chemotherapy combined with ketosis combined with HIIT program saved my life. My family physician was also another person who detected the testicular cancer early taking everything very seriously. He was old school 70 year old no nonsense doctor. Fast forward to 2025 after having done a lot, watched a lot of YouTube videos I have begun to intermittently fast 18/6 or 20/4 to give my body time to clear toxins before burdening it with more food to process. Before breakfast drink a cup of warm water with one tsp of 5 mushroom powder, one tsp of Spirulina/Chlorella powder, 1/8 tsp of Turmeric and 1/6 tsp black pepper. I wait one hour then take 1tbsp olive oil, 1tbsp flax seed oil, 1tbsp ghee with 1/2 cup of watered down home brewed Kombucha. I wait until 3 to 5 pm before starting 3 meals in one. In the evening I put 1/2tsp glycine, 1/2tsp lysine and 1/2 tsp of creatine, 1tbsp of inulin, zinc, chromium, selenium, vitamin c, 333/176 calcium magnesium and wait 30 minutes before dinner. The cancer diagnosis was in 2015 and it is 2025 now. My diet has changed also to include natto, kimchi, refrigerated rice, pasta or potatoes, small amount of chicken, pork, beef or fish. I am fermenting beef, pork and lamb to have bacteria eat the Neu5gc inflammatory sugar molecule before eating the red meat. Chicken and fish does not have this problem. I soak beans over night and pressure steam them for 1hr and then use bacillus subtillus to ferment it. Timed , quantity, preparation of food keeps me healthy with intermittent fasting and resistance and light aerobic exercise keeps me going. Dairy is another topic where it needs to be fermented properly to process the Casein A2 proteins to reduce inflammation. Cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, kefir, bought from the store all need to allow to ferment further to increase lactobacillus count and break down a lot of the Casein A2 and lactose which causes inflammation. Vegetables are best fermented to reduce lectins, phytates, tannins, oxalates which also causes leaky gut leading to inflammation. This may seem like a lot of work but when your life depends on it, it becomes a priority especially the expense and family trauma that can be avoided by staying healthy.

  11. The International Center for Medical Nutritional Intervention (ICMNI), formerly known as Paleomedicina Hungary, is based in Budapest, Hungary, and is led by Dr. Zsófia Clemens and Dr. Csaba Tóth.
Since 2013, the clinic has exclusively used the Paleolithic Ketogenic Diet (PKD), a diet developed by the ICMNI team, to treat a range of chronic autoimmune and metabolic diseases, including type I and type II diabetes, Crohn’s disease, cancer, epilepsy, and Gilbert’s Syndrome.
The PKD is characterized by a high intake of animal-based foods (70–100% by volume), limited plant-based foods (0–30% by volume), a fat-to-protein ratio of approximately 2:1, and the exclusion of nitrates, nitrites, artificial sweeteners, and certain beverages like black and herbal tea.

Dr. Zsófia Clemens, a neurobiologist and clinical researcher, specializes in nutrition, nutritional therapy, and brain research, with prior affiliations to the National Institute of Clinical Neuroscience in Budapest and the Neurological Department at the University of Pécs.
She co-founded ICMNI and leads its research and clinical practice, emphasizing a scientific basis for their approach, which includes replicability, cognizability, and biological plausibility.
The clinic's method is based on clinical experience from treating approximately 4,000 patients, with documented improvements in intestinal permeability, as measured by the PEG-400 test, which the clinic links to the reversal of chronic conditions.

The clinic does not impose fasting on patients, typically recommending two meals per day due to high satiety, and provides individual consultations online for those interested in adopting the diet, though the clinic itself is ethically limited to patients with pre-existing conditions.
The PKD has been used in clinical case studies to achieve insulin independence in type I diabetes patients for up to 19 months, and to manage or halt progression in cancers such as lung, brain, rectal, and soft palate cancers.
The clinic publishes its findings in academic journals and maintains a focus on evidence-based outcomes, distancing itself from naturopathic or non-scientific methods.

For more information, consultations, or to access services, individuals can visit the clinic’s official websites: https://paleomedicina.com/en/ and https://nutriintervention.com/.
