  1. Autoimmunè Primary Biliary Duct Cholangitis is a disease in which the immune system attacks the bile ducts of the liver which results in non-alcoholic scarring (cirrhosis of the liver.)

It is my understanding that the virus which has causes Mononucleosis, the Epstein-Barre Virus, is directly linked to Myealgic Encephalitis and the autoimmune diseases which prinarily effects females.

The Autoummune Primary Biliary Duct Cholangitis has no know medical cure and is often not diagnosed or treated in a timely manner, (at least in the States where I am.) The non-alcohol caused liver scarring (cirrhosis) then leads to Hepatic Emcephalopathy with doctors not treating the causes but instead solely focusing on the presentation of "psychosis" like symptoms + "confusion" as if those symptoms of the underlying disease proceses existed in a vacuum with the ongoing failures to ever fully evaluate, monitor, treat, or manage these disease marching

I want to live and no medical treatment, momitoring, management, or screening beyond liver blood panels with a PCB diagnosis and repeated abnormal ezyme levels have been done. There's been no liver MRI and no liver biopsy, no treatment for the Starvation Ketoacidosis, bilateral kidney swelling and pain, a frequent low and restricted urine flow, severe itching, recurrent severe acute Hepatic Encephalopathic with repeated falls + loss of consciousness, Severe Hyponutremia, the agonizingly painful swelling in my hips, and legs to my feet and also in both of my kidneys and my stomach. There has not even been any provision of comfort or palliative curative care.

I have been held in the ambulance which slowly drove to the hospital after the swelling became so bad that all I could do was sob before I repearedly fell and lost consciousness. While unable to speak yet able to hear as I lay in limbo between life and death, the ambulance and a hospital staff member in the ambulance bay kept asking each another if I had "coded yet" and if they could "calk it." As I fought for my life in the hospital while still not being treated despite the additional diagnosis of Severe Hyponutremia, the nursing staff repeatedly wrote my "time of death" on a white board in the hospital room as I implored them over 5 times in less than 24 hours to remove my "time of death" and to abstain from reporting me as deceased when I was clearly still alive. This is all so horrifying.

Dr Berg and other subscribers + folowers, if you know of information and/or resources which could help me, please reply to let me know. I am not "going gently into that good night." Thank you. Best wishes for good health, quality of life, and longevity! ❤

  2. How about Chronic Hepatitis B Carrier, is High Fat High Protein Carnivore diet suitable? or it will add stress to Liver? Animal Fat not processed seed oil fat, and 0 carb 0 sugar diet, it is suitable for Hep B patient?

  3. I never smoked, drank or did drugs. 1 year prior to my diagnosis I had a perfectly healthy liver. 8 mos after the COVID Vaccine I was told my liver is failing. Today my MELD # was 16, NY Doctors told me to cut the carbs, eat more fish and drink coffee, and that was it. Now, here I am surfing youtube for a clue 😢. My question is; im on sodium bicarb twice a day, plus water pills. I don't know what else I should be taking to get the inflammation numbers down?

  4. What would you reply to a practicing doctor who prohibited intermittent fasting during liver cirrhosis?

I got a friend who is waiting for his transplant and I recommended IF to him. He is also a diabetic.

The only damaging potential I could think of is taking in too much food at a time and thus, overwhelming your digestive system.

On the other hand, all your organs get a great break from digestion. So that should make up for it, shouldn’t it?

  5. Dr.Berg omg your videos are helping me so much, I am wasting away. I am scared to eat. I have had Cirrhosis for 2 years and now have tumors with blood supply. 8. Ok I want to believe but people with advanced cirrhosis don't have an appetite so need to eat small amounts constantly through the day.
