  1. Super skinny people make bulking way more complicated than it needs to be. "It's so hard bulking eating super clean!" Who the fuck said you needed to eat like a pro bodybuilder? You do realize it's about your overall caloric intake, correct? There's no rule saying you have to eat chicken and rice. That's only a thing because bodybuilders can't cook for shit. If people cut on high volume, low calorie, then what do you think the opposite for bulking is? Literally more calorie dense foods but for less volume. It's not complicated.

  2. Everyone used to tell me that you can't gain weight because your metabolism is so high. I was 62kg at that time and my height is 186 cms. But I started taking actual calories, no junk for 2 months, 150 grams protein, 3700 cals per day for first month and 4000 cals for the next month. I realised I was actually gaining weight, first month I got to 64, suddenly by the end of next month I was 68kg. Eating calories matters. No matter how high metabolism you've, complete your calorie goal every single day and you will gain Weight!!!

  3. So people like these it’s a beta/mild condition in which body doesn’t have ability or less ability of producing adipose tissues and due to which a lot of calories are not absorbed or converted as fats and is passed on. It’s rare but not that rare, I have a client with his similar build but that guy has medical conditions and mental too. He eat like 15 hotdogs, a big pack of ice cream 10-15 sandwiches like nothing and he is thin as a stick this is everyday amounts of food

  4. Ive ALWAYS been skinny. At the peak of my rock climbing and wrestling days(mid 20's), my weight was always around 135. When i started to eat 6-8 full meals a day i finally got to 170, but that wasn't sustainable

  5. Skinny people get full after eating barely any food, but they swear it was a TON of food. Try eating the same amount as a fat person, and you'll quickly realize how much A LOT really is 😂

  6. I love being a powerbuilder a mix of both my strength when i bulk is what i love. I finish deep in my cut on about 1800 calories. But when i bulk its abouts 3300-3800 dependant on what i focus on cut to about 98-100kg at 6'3 and bulk 120-130kg. I havent had a year yet where i dont see significant progress.

  7. Ive gained 80 pounds in a year lost 30 in 3 months educated myself lost 1 pound a week but felt stronger. Today im in deep depression beer and food are my solutions. When the episode is done ill be back till then either hello as a new person or goodbye as i failed

  8. I used to be one of those people who just couldn’t gain weight. Then I learned about calorie maintenance and surplus …and everything changed.

Started lifting 10 months ago at 132 lbs, 6'1. Now I’m 165 and 6'2. It was rough. Had to eat all day, but I gained a lot of muscle.

Now I’m aiming for 187 lbs. It’s tough, but it’s possible. Consistency and discipline are everything.

  9. There's no way he eats large amounts of junk like that and is still skinny. He's either not being honest with himself in how much he actually eats, or he has some kind of thyroid or other issue jacking up his metabolism beyond healthy levels.

  10. He wasnt gain weight bcz not even 1 bodybuilding coach know how to gain weight
Every body is diffrent some bodies gain weight with more calories some get more weight with veg and even some get with water

You never should ask any bodybuilder coach for your food never never and never
