My cheat day is a keto day. 6 days a week I do strict carnivore
I’m very happy with the Carnivore diet, I am also fasting a few days per week. Once I loose 100 pounds or so I will transition to Low Carb/Keto, at least that is the plan.

Even better either one with intermittent and occasional prolonged fasting. It will put you in God mode.

I have tried carnivore a couple of times and I just got tired of eating meat. The meat and eggs and butter avulsion got pretty bad. I was trying to do it on the cheap though and using ground beef as much as possible because steak is so damn expensive and would basically double my family food budget every month. Maybe the ground beef was the problem. I don’t know. Wish I could make it work for me.
What about fried in lard?
I accidentally made a type of pancake trying to do a Tiramisu for my hubby. Mascarpone with Eggs mix it, butter and in the pan you go…..more beautiful than the flour ones, I swear.

It works with intermittent fasting. Lowered BP, lower heart rate, sugar completely under control, no longer type 2. Ldl cholesterol is very low. Calcium is low. I do keto.
I have to eat meat. I don't feel right or awake enough to get through the day. I went mostly organic 2 yrs ago and lost 40 lbs. It just melted off. If I eat something maybe I shouldn't or if its processed with something, I will start itching on the back of my head and my lower legs. I went from size 12 to a 4 in less than 6 mo. I feel better.
It depends on the person. If you can handle 200g fat per day, go carnivore.
If you cant like me, go for keto/low carb
Carnivore has me down 50lbs in 5 months. I’ve never felt or looked better.
Keto is just a carnivore person who is not insane, not to speak down on any person who has serious health issues and needs to go carnivore for best results.

Perfect. I’ve done the Keto for years not realising it had a name. With the occasional cheat days. After all the soul took a body to have experiences and the occasional cheat day isn’t a problem. Attitude and living in homeostasis )not living in stress) is just not of not more important than diet. Stress is always going to unregulate genes for disease even on a clean healthy diet. I’m going to try carnivore for a couple weeks though but consciously instead of unconsciously ❤

I eat a Carnivore breakfast and a strict Keto dinner – usually a cruciferous vegetable(s) like brocolli, cauliflower and/or Brussels sprouts.
Through trial and error, I've found that works best for me.
theres multiple studies that show carnivore in the long run can show some side effects like rashes heart palpitations having issues with digestion lack of minerals and nutrients im not saying its bad but i dont think u can compare keto with carnivore keto is the perfect diet cause ur still getting enough fiber minerals and nutrients and vitamins in ur body so u can function at 100 percent feeling good while being in ketosis and healing ur body from high glucose and inflammation and other autoimmune issues, it offers all the benefits carnivore offers but with less long term side effects cause of all the veggies u can still eat i did keto and carnivore and keto is good thats just my point of view

I generally eat carnivore but cycle in and out to keto . I’m 44 female, but don’t seem to drop any weight. I’m lean, with minimal to lose but would still like to drop 5-10 lbs. what am I doing wrong? I also have a 5 hr eating window most days

My only hiccup on the carnivore diet is drinking. I was born and raised in the south so im a tea-aholic it was literally in my milk bottle as a baby so not drinking sweet tea isnt something i can do…yet. also i find myself grabbing a ice pop when i get home from 12hr night shift. Im still learning and trying to make it work but the budget isnt working in my favor.
I went straight from SAD to strict carnivore. I’ve always been an all or nothing kind of person 😅 almost 5 months carnivore and never felt better in my life
