    The law of conservation confirms that matter cannot be created or destroy, but changes, the transformations are the creation of diversified matter, in other words, the law of conservation and the law of changes is God.

  2. Thank you for this! Started 1/5/26, and I'm down 14 lbs! Feel so much better, and my digestive system is greatly improved. Easier than any diet plan. Use it in foods and drinks I already enjoy!

  3. 🍓🍒🍍Make healthy chia Jam
    – 80g fruit, I use fresh blueberries, frozen raspberries, strawberries, pineapple.
    – 1 tbsp chia seeds
    – 1 tsp honey

    Microwave fruit for 30 seconds
    Add 1 tbsp of chia seeds
    Add 1 tsp honey
    Mix
    Store in the fridge

    – Perfect on top of greek yoghurt, pancakes, on toast, as a sweet craving

    (I found this hack online and use it every day with Greek yogurt and granola. Im addicted 😂)

  4. I drink this in the morning with 8oz of warm water sometimes with a tea (any tea)

    7-Day Morning Shot Dry Mix (Mason Jar Recipe)
    This makes 7 servings.
    Dry Ingredients (put all in one mason jar):
    3.5 tsp turmeric powder
    1.75 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1.75 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground cloves
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    3.5 tsp ground flaxseed
    3.5 tsp chia seed
