  1. I know life gets busy that’s why I wanted to show you guys how to cook quick and easy healthy meals with this 60 minute meal prep idea that you can use for many other combinations as well.

    Meal Prep Ingredients
    Yukon potatoes (45-60 mins)
    Avocado oil
    JBailey’s all purpose seasoning (spicy)

    Steelhead trout (30-40 mins)
    Avocado oil
    Honey or agave
    Seasoning blend: salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, paprika, JBailey’s all purpose seasoning

    Broccoli (20-25 mins)
    Avocado oil
    Salt and pepper

    Bake this in the oven on 425°F
