If you’re new here, my name’s Jacob Correia — founder of PeachFit and creator of the Fat-to-Jacked Program.
I help individuals lose 50+ pounds, rebuild confidence, and create a body — and mindset — they’re proud of.

My story: I went from 315 lbs to 185 lbs. No fad diets. No shortcuts. Just years of discipline, accountability, and consistency. What started as one man’s mission to change his life became a movement — helping thousands of others do the same through the Fat-to-Jacked Program.

What we do:
We help real people achieve real weight-loss results through a proven system built on training, nutrition, and mindset — not gimmicks.
Our program is designed for people who are serious about lasting transformation — not quick fixes.

The PeachFit mission:
To make fitness simple, sustainable, and real.
To prove that you don’t have to be perfect to make progress.
To show that anyone — no matter where they start — can become their best self.

Today, PeachFit is a brand built on transformation, discipline, and humor — showing the truth behind weight loss and what it really takes to change your life.

To everyone chasing your own comeback —
The harder the journey, the greater the story.
Keep going. You’re already winning.

  1. I think the stores and other designated enclosed public spaces need to start charging you guys % of your online income. No matter how good your content is, the making of it in a store is a nuisance for other shoppers. Nothing prevented you from just showing what you bought at home. Also, you're severely neglecting fiber. A bit of blueberries and some peas are not enough.

  2. Bro just came across your content. About 15 years ago I lost 100lbs. Became a police officer in 2016, married, house, baby and new job 2023. I have gained 50 plus pounds working midnights struggling, and top it all off new baby on the way. This diet seems to be completely manageable. At 39 now I am gonna get on this today.

  3. If I ate 2,054 calories a day at 229 pounds, I’m not losing any weight at all unless I’m crushing it at the gym. Hell, I would probably gain weight. I would have to cut that in half to lose weight.

  4. Why that much protein? There are a ton of studies that show no difference in the amount of muscle gain and some even showing it negatively affecting muscle gain after a certain amount. Is it just to feel full? Also, do you feel weird or tired when cutting out carbs that much?

  5. Im locked in. 30 min cardio everyday. Day 24. I am occasionally having days where i still binge or gorge myself on food. But the majority of the week is consistent in protein and calorie goals. I am in a massive deficit. 5400 maintenance. Cutting on 2500. Down 14lbs by week 3 weigh in. I weigh in once a week. Aiming for 4lbs each week. If i can lose 5lbs by my next weigh in, I will be bumping my calories back up to 2600. Been at 2500 for 1.5 weeks. I dropped my calories because i only lost 1lb week 2. I want to reverse my calories back up, but only if im consistenly losing 4+ lbs a week. My protein is usually at 1 to 1.2g per lb of my bodyweight daily for cutting. On the days i slip up, my carbs end up heavy and protein lower around .8g per lb. Im still locked in. My goal is to get to 230 from 278. I'll be looking nasty at 230.

  6. eating that way is PRICEY tho wtf you mean an entire tub of yogurt in the morning? 10$ for the tub and berries.

    that chicken bag is 8$ too? the beef is another 8$? the sauce is like 6$ thats 32$ a day, 224 a week, 896$ a month 10k a year…
there's got to be a better less priier option..

  7. What you're spending a month isn't realistic and sustainable. Probably spent $50 for what you eat in one day. Do the math. I'm a single parent and can't afford to spend over $1000 a month on just myself and another $500 for family meals, and I make 6-figures

  8. I’m trying to lose 30 pounds before the summer. I’m already a consistent gym goer and have a good amount of muscle but have a layer of fat on top. I will be back July 1st to comment the results. Wish me luck yall!
