  1. I think people often forget or it’s overlooked, but fat is super gut healing, if not the best form of gut healing. Eat your food with plenty of butter, lard, tallow, Extra Virgin and cold pressed oils; have your bacon, eggs, fatty fish, & fatty steaks. Your body will love you!

  2. Veggies, raw or not and fermented food which I love unfortunately do bloat me all day and cause trapped gas. I’ve been recently trying to make some dietary changes and NOTHING is working for me. In fact I did 3 weeks of a fodmap diet to try to figure out what it could be and it made my skin so much worse than it was. It could be purging but my stomach still hurts. I wake up bloated and gassy still. I also have been working out and staying active for the past month. I’m in a rut :/
