  1. PROTEINS, BUT in IDLI etc. you add DAAL in all recipes in south India & With SAMBHAR & CURD in making & yess WE Shud eat all types of DAALS ,all DAIRY, all nuts & seeds has GOOD PROTEINS also ❤

  2. Due to severe protein deficiency I lost my twins child 😭😭😭😭 got multiple strains in my lower back, still difficult to sit and stand for 15 minutes.
    Now I am in recovering stage, then have to my baby 😢

  3. Why are these doctors being so ignorant ? We have various types of beans and lentils.. we have plain yogurt options for vegetarians. Why reduce it to only soya? Why not paneer ?
    And no, South Indians don’t only eat idli, dosa and rice. Please incorporate ragi in your diet. And lots of greens. Even uneducated people know this
