  4. There is an awful lot of sugary, carb loaded foods in this diet. I have a demanding, sedentary job and don't always get to exercise, will this work for me? Also, alot of the items you give as examples for meals are not available in my area. Can you suggest common items found in the US that would be great substitutes?

  5. This Tami Nolon Cfd is actually a diet system which i have applying for Five weeks by now and I have burned 10 lbs already and also cut 3 inches off of my waist. It supplies me personally the energy i need and then dropping excess fat then some of the others.

  6. Planning on drinking no more cows milk. Oat milk or soy.
    Veggies no ham not too much red meat Just a balance. No alcohol , No sugar , No salt. I am going to exercise more then ever and fasting. Not to forget I done 6 months of constant running and walking training. But I am dedicated to do more training. I regained weight because of my diet and need re motivation .
