  1. Fructose is fructose and glucose is glucose. I don't follow what she said about "you eat fruit and the glucose turns into fructose". No. Fruit is fructose with some glucose, but mostly fructose. A fact a lot of folks don't know is that neither an AIC test nor a glucose meter reading will show fructose. That's what's dangerous for anyone that has a reason to watch their blood sugar. You're only seeing the glucose not the fructose which is also a type of sugar that is just as bad or worse than glucose. Fructose in fact goes directly to your liver and is one of the major causes of fatty liver disease and visceral fat. Fructose also makes insulin resistance worse just like glucose. Some diabetics or pre-diabetics, for example, eat allot of fruit and think that somehow they are OK with it since their BS only goes up a bit. That's the trap.

  2. The ribs were probably covered in BBQ sauce (sugar). If she’s ignoring this part of what she ate and demonizing grapes, she’s simply grifting you. Because she’s cute and articulate doesn’t make her correct.

  3. Well we know that grapes are sweet. We also know we shouldn’t go ape eating them. The crucial piece of information she failed to reveal is “how many grapes she consumed”. A key piece of information she conveniently left out for her own sensationalism.

  4. Dr Boz is insulin sensitive. Fruit is not evil lmao. Your body is made to adapt. Dr boz is clearly low carb and isn't used to high frutose fruit like grapes. That's where people got the name keto flu from. Like, dont misinform normal healthy people.

  5. While on my "keto" diet starting in 2011…before it was called keto…. i nearly eliminated all fruit from my diet. I knew those sugars were disadvantageous and didnt miss fruit at all. I stuck to blueberries mostly. And a random apple.

  6. The only reason she is experiencing high blood sugar spikes is because her cells are Soo clogged with fat that the nutrition of the fruit cannot get in and do what it needs to do. I know! I experienced the exact same thing! I had a friend tell me to stop eating meat and start eating more raw fruits and to continue taking my medicine for diabetes until my body started being able to accept the fruit better because my cells were getting cleansed out from all of the process garbage that I had destroyed my body with! I have been able to eat raw healthy fruits now without high blood sugar spikes, and my blood sugars are running under a hundred consistently! Diabetes is actually a cholesterol problem, putting in bad nutrition. Cleans your body with real raw fruits and watch your body change. Why would you want to eat a dead animal inside your body! Think about it! Meat rots over time! When you take in that meat and it takes a while to digest, it is just decaying inside of your body until it gets out. Do your own research! Don't take my word for it! I am sure she will suffer more consequences with her health later by continuing to eat meat! I was one of her biggest fans until I found out the truth, and now my body is being restored back to health! Why not eat spiritual food considering we are spiritual beings! Fruits are electrically charged by the Sun. We are being lied to by people who do not know what they are talking about and people are getting sicker! 😥

  7. I agree with you on previous topics, but on this one , I have to disagree,, fruits are not evil at all, just tell people to eat fruits in moderation rather than over indulging. Fruits were created to be eaten, why then say the word EVIL, that is too extreme.

  9. I actually love your energy and passion for helping people, and you do look healthy and vibrant but this video isn't an honest statement and actually very misleading for some people.

    You experienced a blood sugar spike because you eat a high fat diet. The high fat impairs your body's ability to absorb the glucose from your blood and into your cells, leading to an insulin spike as the body attempts to speed up this process.

    I have ran this experiment for myself. When I ate keto/carnivore then began to add a small carb meal in the evening. My blood readings were easily elevated.

    When I lowered the fat and ate higher carb, I could literally get a lower blood sugar reading

  10. It just shows that you high fat diet is not really curing insulin resistance, just hiding it. If it were cured, your sugar would not have elevated soo high! YOU HAVE UNCURED SARDINE HIDDEN INSULIN RESISTANCE!!

  11. Some are higher sugar then others. Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. Everything in moderation, but l understand if you are doing low carb, then skip or cut back or at least find lower sugar alternatives. And for the love of everything holy, at least fill your plate up with lower carb veggies, lean proteins and healthy fats. Keep it simple, not confusing.

  12. Who to believe, a food source providing sustenance to living things for thousands of years or a 50ish yo doctor on YouTube that sells things.
    Humans will never live on Mars like Musk sells, grapes will always be a healthily food source for humans, everything else is propaganda.
