  1. I went from 123 to 187 in a year despite eating everything in sight or more accurately between 5 and 6,000 calories a day but because I'm an ectomorph I can gain a lot of weight and still look exactly the same as before the weight gain lol

  2. I use to believe there was such thing as a “hard gainer”. I thought I was one, until I actually tracked my calories/macros. Every “hard gainer” I ever met claims to eat so much food, but barely even hits their maintenance goal.

  3. The average MF THAT WEIGH 150LBS HE DONT EAT 3 TIMES A DAY….AND IF HE DOES .. ALL OF HIS 3IS MEALS COMBINED DONT EQUATE TO AT LEAST 2000 CALORIES A DAY..

    HIT DEM NUMBERS, IF U HOOP OR WRESTLE OR BOX… U GOTTA ADD 1,000 MORE CALORIES, MEANING 3000 CALORIES A DAY… BECAUSE UR BURNING MORE THAN THE AVERAGE GUY… THIS IS WHERE SUPPLEMENTS COME INTO PLAY. ..

  4. Look guys .. if you are 150lbs and wanna weigh more. Eat 2000 calories( if ur not an athlete already( because then youll need more) but if ur just a guy who, weighs 150 and goes to work, look at calories on what u consume that day… eat 2000 or more everyday….dont fuck up, dont stop for a week, dont start running track or boxing right then….just have a push up and squat routine…..eat dat 2000 everyday…consistently….u look up in 2 weeks yo ass gone be 5 or 6 lbs heavier…..guaranteed…. YOU JUST REALLY GOTTA DO IT.

  5. This is not true. And this is what’s killing us… you can eat twice a day and still gain muscle by intaking healthy calories.. you got wild rice, chickpeas, lentils, avocados mushrooms, etc.. eating right before bed is unhealthy your not allowing your body rest and or break down those foods properly. Fasting is necessary and helpful. So this is not the only way to build.
