  1. It's also important to balance your omegas. That's where it gets tricky. Best omega 3 sources are flax, hemp, walnuts, chia.

    Coconut is mostly omega 6, as well as the vegan "butters" etc Eating lots of soy is hard on the thyroid.

  2. What I never understood is why eggs would be bad if a person raises and provides a great home for their own chickens. My chickens live like queens! They are tame like dogs and roam free eating all the insects out of the grass and then go to sleep in their giant coop that is big enough for humans to walk into and even walk around in, they have lots of nesting boxes and eat the best food.

    I'll start by eating as much keto products as possible and when I'm used to that, I'll look to get the percentage of fats, carbs and proteins 😛

  5. I tried this one for a month. I stopped because Im constantly trying new diets that work best for me and I had trouble keeping up financially with my picky tastes but just like any diet, once you find your routine its very doable. You just have to look at it like an endurance game trying to see how far you go and celebrating every day you succeed

  6. I actually found it easier to do vegan keto than vegetarian keto
    Replacement meal with coconut cream does the trick
    Avacados help with the ketones
    Targeted vegan keto is on a differenr level
    A six pack is starting to form just by doing 5 sprints twice between three days
