    I never really learned how to eat healthy, you hear a little about it but not so detailed.
    I am young and trying to lose weight to do the things I love to do. Thank you so much for this video

  2. One of the biggest unhealthy things I see everyday is people eating refined grains. These spike your insulin and lead to over consumption. Then people try calorie counting, but that requires deprevation. Eating whole grains all the time will fill you up fast and the fiber and added nutrients will make you feel good. Plus you will consume fewer calories without having to count them. Remember there are so many whole grains to choose from, not just wheat and oats. Try amaranth, try teff, try buckwheat, try quinoa, or go for legumes like lentils, chickpeas, etc. refined grains should be avoided 95% of the time. (Btw almost all bread has refined grains, and that's why it gets a bad reputation. 100% whole wheat bread is delicious and very healthy)

  4. I have been doing keto for 1.5 weeks. It works for me! I have lost 6.5 lbs! But I am incredibly unhappy with the things that I have to eat on this diet. I am doing better on eating healthier. But I think I will stop doing the keto. I don't want to be miserable. I want to lose 100 pounds but it may take some time. If enjoying the things I eat requires more time for weight loss…it's worth it. 🙂
