👀Why can frozen berries sometimes be more nutritious than fresh berries? Many fresh fruits, like berries, and some vegetables too, are picked before they are ripe. This allows them time to fully ripen during transportation, but it means they had less time to obtain and develop a full range of vitamins, minerals and natural antioxidants with help from the soil. Berries destined to be frozen, on the other hand, are picked at peak ripeness, when they’re most nutritious. Both fresh and frozen berries are wonderfully nutritious, and incredibly antioxidant rich; include these little gems in your meals and snacks whenever possible 🙂
Nice diet chart super super super super super super super diet chart❤❤❤👌👌👌😄🙏🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳😋😋😋
Dr Greger however is whole food plant based which in turns means leaving out oil. Oil clogs up arteries. He would also not use the plant mince.U might want to check out the physicians committee of responsible medicine ( Neal Barnad that u mention in I think another video chairs it and again he wholefood plant based), a book called the china study etc. Don't get me wrong I like ur recipes bt I adjust them to wholefood plant based diet. On that note I am qualified in wholefood plantbased nutrition.
“This video really helped! I struggled with diets for years, but after switching to a simple ‘light & lean’ meal plan, it made a huge difference. I put my plan together for others too — happy to share if anyone’s interested.”
Oh God thank you, they use bananas for everything and i hate them! I will totally try the zucchini in its place ❤️💪. I appreciate it.
Good content, thank you!
I wonder if you grind the seeds to powder if you still get the same nutrients? That way I can keep it as creamy peanut butter for my husband.
Yennefer of Vengerberg. You look like her ما شاء الله. Dont know what type of magic your trying to cook up this time Yen. Just kidding^^ 🙂 .
You can put zucchini in a smoothie?? I would never think to do that!! Might have to try it.
When I first heard you say, You eat what you see 6 years ago, it stuck with me so much. I model this in my life, filling my counters with fruit and veg and I encourage my friends to do the same. Thank you for such a great, life changing tip!
Thank you

Chia seeds shouldn't be used without soaked into water.

Ooooo… we found what we are gonna eat!! I got some peanut butter in the fridge, just need to get the bananas, seeds and eventually the bread. ❤️🥰
Thank you so much
Amazing video
does grinding fiber-rich fruits and veggies or even beans kill any nutrients or fiber in the meal? Especially when ti comes to smoothies
this video is WONDERFUL idk why but it makes me so happy!! i have an ed and struggle a lot w food and any comments around food but this video did not trigger me AT all in fact it made me feel so much better. that i shouldn’t be afraid of spices, of loads of berries over an apple, of extra seeds in peanut butter. thank you so much for this, it’s fantastic <3
This is such a useful video, wow. That peanut butter tip is a life changer.
