  1. Ok but what do you mean by "balance"? Eating/drinking during the weekend? How do you know you're not eating or drinking back the calories you lost during the week without calorie counting?

I look up to u so much ❤️ for me I really struggle to eat healthy because I just have so much cravings I’ve tried making healthy alternatives which are delicious but I always see myself going back to the other unhealthy things and especially with me having brown parents ( they love to drown things in oil and salt)

  3. Well I am one of the people who's suffering from binging and tried for three years to lose weight, I just wanna know how can you eat something you love in your diet and not feel terrible bcs I keep binging after eating a bit

  4. Meal prep grosses me out, I know it's totally fine but something about the food sitting in the fridge for a day or two makes it's really unappealing for me. It's very frustrating because it would be so helpful, I just couldn't do it 🙃
