High calorie foods to help you gain weight (part 5)

My go-to high calorie foods whenever I’m bulking 🍼

Oats
– I never really find myself eating oats in a deficit as I don’t really find it that filling. So for me, I see it as something I use to help me bulk as it’s a way for me to get my carbs and calories in
– Low calorie by itself but I usually pair it with other foods to help bump my overall calories up

Cheese
– Great addition to meals that also help increase calories
– Helps with protein intake
– Many different variations of cheese available
– Tastes delicioso

Milk
– Helps with protein intake
– Very calorie dense if you’re full cream milk
– A liquid form of calories which makes it really easy to consume

  1. I was going to say nah i didn't have milk either and I'm… not short I guess? so maybe that's a lie but then i remembered I smashed a massive milo every day as a kid so yeh probs checks out. This comment was massively unnecessary, i just wanted to shout out milo

  2. peanut butter and nuts in general are great. healthy fats, delicious especially if roasted + seasoned. nuts might be pricey but peanut butter is not so go ham

speaking of, use butter!!! it makes everything delicious. sneak olive oil into dressings as well to multiply calories.

coconut milk/heavy cream into dishes for a richness that's incomparable, use depending on cuisine of course

  3. I wish chocolate milk was good for cutting. I've been searching for a low calorie alternative. Sanitarium So Good Chocolate Oat Milk tastes great, it's close to Oak chocolate milk in flavour and texture but it has even more calories.

  4. Bulking is easy ya'll, once you've hit your micronutrient and protein goals, eat McDonalds and ice cream. You don't have to overcomplicate and make sure everything you eat is clean.

  5. I am a 13 year old short kid, I like your content, you are the one who helped me overcome my fear of being short for my entire life, now, I don't really care about that, I am fit, and now I'm going on some kind of a bulk, thank you for existing, I will try to be the best version of myself.

  6. but why dont bulk lean? ive cutted for over 5 months now down 40lbs, I ated the way I looked chubby, isnt it possible to somewhat lean bulk? eating even more protein but now adding healthy carbs and low saturated fat products?
