Hi i’m Joe, I have created this YouTube channel to show my progression from a skinny teenager who is sick of being skinny to hopefully in the future being more muscular and just better in general both physically and mentally.
If you do enjoy my content it would mean lot if you could hit the like button and maybe even consider subscribing. Thank you!

I am 16 years old I am 5.9ft and only 47kg I am 12 kg below my healthy lower end BMI index which is 58kg. currently i am trying to bulk and gain muscle it's going decent but I am having a hard time to gain weight, my goal is to get to 60kg even if it's mostly fat.
Bro predicted 6 7
U can consume 30 g protein every 2-3 hours
Jason Blaha's Ice Cream Fitness 5×5 Novice Program lasts 90 minutes. But I've heard that the best duration of training for skinny guys and for those who have a high methobolism level is 45-60 min. Is that right?
Bro im 56kg at 176cm, wtf do i do i eat like 5k cals per day
What’s your height?
As a lifetime skinny guy myself I want to stress how easy it is to overestimate the calories you consume. Track them, and make sure that you hit zour 2g of protein per Kg of Body weight. Make sure to get lots of carbs as well, they fuel zour workouts and fill up zour muscle storage and make them look more swoll. I would recommend taking a multi vitamin supplement as well just to make sure zou hit your micro nutrients as they are important for all metabolic tasks and recovery….stay consistent is key, falling off is ok but just get back into it. I wasted so muh time being inconsistent because I got impatient with the progress. Just keep at it and if zou follow these steps you will grow!
I'm a 35 year old man who weighs 52 kg… I can't gain weight no matter what 😮💨 It's like I'm immune to gaining both muscles and fat 😄 I worked out 5 days a week for a year and tried to eat so much that I almost puked. But absolutely NOTHING happened. Didn't gain weight and I still look like a stickfigure 😑 I look skinnier than you did on the thumbnail image.
I hear fat people say "It's easy to gain weight, but a lot harder to lose it." I can't agree though, its hard for me to shove food down my mouth
How tall is this guy ?
1 like 2 push ups
His advice is bad, dont do that, never go and increase weight by each session coz you will end up injuring yourself and be on the bench for long! Studies shows that you can build muscles with smaller weights and consistent training. Yes increase weight overtime but not after each session or week. Listen to your body always and know your limits. Just because some things work for him it doesn’t mean it will work for you too! Just be cautious.
Hi. Just discovered your channel. My question would be how far do we go with lifting weights by adding more weights every session than the previous one? And is it necessary to do it every session? (60kg, 62,5kg, 65 kg… and infinity? 😅) I mean maybe I would be comfortable with lifting 60 kg for the first 5 sessions then I would be willing to add weight for the next sessions? Thank you!
Number 1 tip for skinny guys that no one mentions:
If you have a protein shake/weight gainer, drink it after having your meal.
Are you still work out this year?
I'm 6ft 57kg after 2 years of working out, I've put on some muscle and got stronger, but I'm still a skeleton. How do I fix that?
anyone know if his code "joe" still works when buying the protein powder
Mayonaise is your friend. Add it to everything.
0:15 M-m… Massive?
That if you have unlimited amount of money to spend for food and drinks and supplements… But for poor people who live in poor countries and they are minimum wage earners.. Buying a lot supplies for body could be just a dream… I believe only rich people can afford the body builder diet routine…
Me who took 3 month to add 5 kilo ,give up 2 week loss 5kg…… fuck thaaat shiii
hmm after 4 years

So I have a question, since I am in the same position. Its about wrists, do they get bigger as you gain weight or they stay the same? Wanna have them a bit bigger and since I cannot train them, maybe weight gain will pump them a bit?
Bro if you speak Little bit slow then we can understand more earlier
plzzz bro ❤
Спасибо тебе большое❤❤❤
Работаешь над собой, 😅
That me 😢 can't get big for nothing even if I try
went from 58 kg to 75 kg in a month
I know this is an old video, but as a skinny guy do first gain weight before using the gym? or do both concurrently ?
First step : Money
Try being 47.4 kg with an illiostomy. No large intestine…
I simply dont have the intestines to absorb stuff especially fluids, salt, potassium and other nutrients. Im so frustrated, if anyone has an ostomy please let me know.
I was 73 kgs (fat not good) now im 63kg but i think i look too weak i need to become 75
i am 46kg at 15
Learn how to pronounce the letter r bro
I heard you should not focus so much on proteins as they are extremely filling and you don't need that many anyways. Healthy fats and natural sugars are key. Lots of nuts and fruit is very good.
Free Palestine 🇵🇸
Progresive load can also be done by not incresing weight but reps
This video is very misleading. The guy was on steroids and you can see this from his pictures. But with consistent training, everyone can achieve even better results in a year and a half.
